Dockside Expands to Beautiful Sidney BC.  We will showcase our Gulf Island listings as well as Gulf Island Artists on the walls of our new office.

We are happy to announce that we are opening an office in Sidney in September which Suzi, our Agent there, will work from.  We will be marketing our Pender Island homes there as well as we will be hosting Pender Island Artists.  Dockside Realty will be presenting a Gulf Island Gallery of Homes and Artists.  This will be a very good move as we can now advertise our island’s Affordable Properties in a higher priced market, offering a much wider service for our sellers.  

We are very excited about this, and look forward to putting your window signs on the streets of Sidney!
