Dockside Update for June 2016
Low Inventory! This is the News Headlines for the Victoria Real Estate Market, and we can actually boast this as well. Pender Island has an all-time record low with only 87 Listings..Saturna is down to 40. These are good signs! This means if the demand continues we could see us moving into a Seller’s Market sooner than expected. Predictions were for us to be “Balanced by the Yearend.”
Pender has had 67 Sales to date, compared with only 50 last year. In the month of June, we saw 19 Sales over only 5 in 2015. Things are looking promising.
Victoria’s average home price in June is now $724,000.00 while last year in June it was $594,700, prices are up 21% there.
