Home away from Home. This lovely cottage is a the end of a row with no neighbour to the left, and a large green space to walk your dog, or have a picnic. With a view of the marina you can keep an eye on your boat. One week per month and two weeks consecutively in the summer months, that you can rent out on AirBnB or pass on to family and friends. The monthly fees pay for all the maintenance including your property taxes. This is a freehold 1/4 share. Four owners per cottage and you can swap months to accommodate your vacation schedule. You can walk up from the ferry terminal and walk to the local golf course. There are lockers in the unit for your personal belongings and a storage area under the cottage for kayaks, and paddle-boards. You can keep a car on island close to the ferry for free.
